Here, Neil halts his steps, dark eyes focused intently on the older man beside him.

He tilts his head, to raise his eyebrow again. "Is it any different for you?"

He holds the grin inside for a moment.

"I dunno. The info's all for Alex." Neil only complained about the same old sex, after all. "Then again, maybe this is subtle way of telling me I'm shit in bed."

Complicated feelings erupt, but Neil manages to put a lid on them. "That doesn't mean I'm not shit in bed," he retorts. "And I'm not keeping him. He can move on whenever he wants."

Here, he doesn't withhold, and knocks into Neil's shoulder. Which makes him notice that Neil is pretty short for such a fierce creature. "Aw," he gives in a monotone. "Look how worried you are instead of relishing your victory."

Neil scowls further, the contact and the words irritating him to some unknown degree. Disturbed, he begins to stomp away toward Freeside's central gate, muttering something about fuck victory and other shit.
