Neil stifles the urge to repeat bondage in a questioning tone and moves to gently pet the other's hair. "You're alive. You're not dreaming. This--" He nods to reference the conversation. "--is very much real."

More seriously but just as incredulously, Alex asks, "Why are you promising me all of this?"

He watches. Something lingers behind the dark pools of his eyes. "I told you," speaks Neil. "You're my home."

But. Again. A repeat. "But you don't have to give me anything. I'm not going anywhere."

"I want to," he stresses. "You're mine."

His to give all of himself away.

There's that feeling of heat slipping up his chest. Of a warmth so deep his skin tingles. He registers what it is, in a moment of introspection: The response to someone--not just someone, his someone--wanting to take care of him. Actively wanting to give him things. It heats and overtakes him, and he stares at Neil.

Eventually his eyes start to fill, and he pulls his gaze to the side. "...Shit," he murmurs. "This is really for real, isn't it? The genuine, goddamn article. The thing people talk about but never really have." A glance back. "A person just for them."

It ain't like Alex is the only one, the only guy trying to contain the uncontainable emotions brewing beneath his skin. "This is the real deal," Neil agrees. "You only hear about that in books and holovids and shit."

He smiles, and he tries not to recall the bitter past. "We're stuck together for life now," he adds.

[doubletap]

The troll comes back and Alex leans forward. "Oh, so you are marrying me, then?"

A pause. "Would marrying you actually change anything?" Neil asks, curiosity laced in his tone. "Like legally? You're more or less the center of the governing body in the Mojave; are there any benefits married folks receive?"

[doubletap]

He leans forward more, nuzzling against Neil's cheek. "Mmm, not really. Just another thing to tie us, I guess."

[goodfight]

Neil laughs as he flushes lightly at the nuzzling. "Darn. I was hoping we'd combine assets, sign prenups, get a marriage cert, and all the fun shit you get to do when married."

But. "Another thing, though, is good enough for me."

[doubletap]

"You think about that, then," he says, continuing to nuzzle lightly against Neil's skin. "'cause I want a nice proposal. Decent buildup, good location, some kind of jewelry involved."

He grins, leaning his head against Neil's. "So you think about it."

[goodfight]

"Yes on involving your friends, or no?" he asks, lowering his hand to rest on Alex's shoulder. "'Cause I'm sure they'd love to see it."

Neil smiles, nuzzling close. "I will."

[doubletap]

When Neil shifts, Alex moves to kiss his hand before moving back to nuzzle again. "Marriage itself, sure. Proposal... That's private. You and me."

[goodfight]

"Private, huh?" A shiver runs down his spine, which Neil fails to stifle. "Alright. Just you and me."

[doubletap]

"Private," he reiterating, noticing the tremble. He kisses the side of Neil's neck carefully. "You never thought to be in a relationship. I never thought I'd find that one person. If we choose to cement this in that way, it's you and me. Like it's always been."

[goodfight]

That is some verbal seduction Alex spouts, except it proves too true and far too real. Neil palms the skin on Alex's back, thoroughly affected. "Okay," he murmurs quietly.

[doubletap]

Pleased. So pleased. Alex continues to kiss along Neil's jaw for a moment, enjoying the moment.

He parts after a minute, nuzzling again. "...So toys was the last you said. Was that about all of them, or was there more?"

Affection passes, nuzzling starts, and they are back to sex once more. Neil finds himself narrowing his eyes, mind suddenly caught on the recall. The pair--the other Alex and Neil, that is--had gone over one more fucking technique as the magnificent conclusion to their engrossing discussion, one Neil hadn't thought much about since then.

"There is one more," he gives. "I also don't know what to do about this one, but he talked about eating a guy out."

"You mean sucking a guy off-- Oh."

Oh.

"Again... Something I've heard of, but never done. Want to, though. With you." Smile smile.

Alex smiles, and it's charming. Charming enough for Neil to think that mouth on asshole can't possibly be that horrific-sounding.

However, something about that statement has the gears in Neil's head turning, and again, he raises a hand. "You ever done anything I've mentioned with a guy before me?" he questions.

"Given guys a hand job, but that's just usually part of sex. Nope for the rest. Wanted to try a few."

Another beat. Another moment of Alex swallowing his pride.

"...With the right guy."

Neil beams. For whatever the hell reason, he doesn't know. "Did any guy ever offer to do any of the mentioned with you?" he continues. "You must have gotten a lot."

The smile is overwhelming in a way, and makes him want to bury his face in the pillow... But instead he slips his arms around Neil, kissing his temple. He holds for a moment, then answers. "A bunch of oral offers. But as a lot of the guys have never had sex with a guy before, I wasn't too interested. I know what I'm doing, so I'd rather do the stuff. It's more pleasurable for both."

Being in his boyfriend's arms proves far too nice for words. Neil lets the truth of that sink in, completely overtaking his mind. It is a beat before he continues.

"If they never had sex with a guy before," he starts, "how could they possibly suck you off? Properly?"
