ED-E isn't Neil. And he isn't Alex either. He doesn't mourn as they do, but he does mourn. It's not like Arcade says at all. He knows loss and pain, but he moves with it, probably more than Alex does. He learned that friends will die, even if you love them. It hurts. It makes him feel like a part fell out and he's missing it. But he won't stop moving because of that.
