Helios One. Neil has never been inside the blasted power plant. The extent of his visit with Alex that one time involved a glamour shot of the solar panels and a walk past the perimeter. Neil had assumed the harried and lackluster tour was simply due to the dwindling trust between them, and he decided not to ask about a second--one preferably held inside the facility.

Now he's actually here. Inside, all thanks to Arcade Israel (really) Gannon. If they weren't already looking for someone in particular, Neil would have begged the older guy for a proper look.

Instead, he asks a question as the duo travels through the hallways. "So what does this guy do, exactly?"
